Established in 2016, we are a boutique gym and training facility focused on resistance training at all levels. Additionally, we offer custom-made nutrition and fitness coaching and consulting services. Fitness and nutrition do not need to be complex. We keep it simple: a comfortable, welcoming and climate-controlled environment to keep you focused on getting the task completed, day after day.

Do I need to be fit to start?
Not at all. A good time join a gym will depend on your goals, motivation and lifestyle. Be practical. Mindset matters. Don’t wait for “the perfect time.” Progress comes from consistency which you build over time. So, just take action and start your journey. We’ll meet you where you are and help you take the next step safely and confidently.
Is this gym strictly for training professional athletes only and/or lifters who train heavy?
No. Fitness is unique to everyone. Our clients have different starting points and we support their progress at every level; from novice lifters to intermediate and advance lifters. We have the equipment to support your fitness goals and also carry competition-grade equipment for the sport of powerlifting if you decide to train for that as well.
Do you offer nutrition support?
Yes. Our nutrition coaching services provides personalized one-on-one accountability support for body recomposition, eating for athletic performance, weight loss, weight-gain or if you just want to learn more about developing better eating habits for the long term. We provide the support you need alongside your fitness goals.
